How we began
THE Tanzanian community has been facing problems on ignorance, poverty, bad traditions and customs, poor health, increased mental health and inadequate provision of social services. All these necessitated the establishment of this organization as a means to support Government and other stakeholders’ efforts at ensuring community progress and stability. Chen Davar is a Hebrew word that means divined favored (thing). Implying The organization been in favor of health and community’s development for the wellbeing of Youth and Women.

Chen Davar Youth and Women Empowerment Organization is adopted from a powered mind of the C.E.O and Founder Mr. Theophil Fabian Lupenza for the sustainable developments of Youth and Women to the entire Tanzanian Community, African Community and for Youth and Women all around the world at large, focusing on Peace, Prosperity, Health, Social Economic Developments and Wellbeing of African Youth and Women, calling for an action to End Poverty, Ignorance, Diseases and all forms of intimidations to Youth and Women.
Our Causes
Chen Davar Youth and Women Empowerment Organization has a well-built Ideology to realize and recognize the position of Women and Youth in the Tanzania, East Africa, in the interior African Society and the world at large as the Gender behind any visible healthy development possible if well empowered and hence intuition of the Organization to empower Youth and Women for the improved Health and Reduced Development Gap through removal and total abolishment social inequity/inequalities.
Chen Davar Youth and Women Empowerment Organization has a focus on fixing the gap between childhood and Young Youth, Children living and working on streets and Children raised on abused ways of lives/hardship Psychologically, Mentally, morally, emotionally and physically, seeing Youth grow in a positive mindset of self-reliance, creativity and ability to focus on sustainable achievements.
Objectives
To empower youth and women on entrepreneurship skills and impart them with skills on proper utilization of available resources.
Creating an awareness about bad traditions and customs to the entire community of youth and women hindering their lives’ progress.
To raise community awareness and capacity building on mental health, Physical (Biological) health, Environmental health and rehabilitation of services for the mentally, Biologically, Psychologically, morally, Emotionally, Socially, economically affected Societies and broken families Victims in the society.
Promoting implementations of community-based programs/projects such as Pandemics, Epidemics, STIs, HIV, Viral Hepatitis, inborn Diseases and other related Diseases Disorders erupting with time.
Advocating for women rights to access PMTCT services to Pregnant and Breast-feeding women in attempts to reducing THE MTCT RATE.
To create awareness on the necessity to stop illegal businesses which involve selling and misuses of the human bodies and violation of human rights and Africanism such as selling of kidneys, fingers, prostitution, early marriages, children abuse, Human trafficking etc.
Government Registration
The Organization fully registered legally by the government as am Non Government Organisation (NGO) under the Non-Governmental Organizations Act, No. 24 of 2002 as amended from time to time.
Objectives
